Our process to join our team as coach

All coaches must be certified
Previous coaching certification will be reviewed and aligned with our certification levels to determine USA Sports Coach level.
Level 1 - Assistant Coach - New coaches starting softball at school or club level.
Level 2 - Coach - Coach with own team.
Level 3 - Head Coach - Coach with multiple teams i.e. Club Coach for men and women or coach training other coaches.
If no previous coaching experience, level 1 and 2 coaching levels need to be completed.
